Getting Your Coaches Covered!
Make sure your coaches are covered!
Instructions to add your team to SCYU Spring Practices to be covered by USAU Insurance for your team practices
- Log into your USAU account
- Click on the manage team activity button
- Click on your team
- Click on the red “Register for Events” button on the right
- Under Event Name type “SCYU” then search
- Select the division your team falls under, then click on the green apply for event button.
Now your team is registered! The next step is to roster your team.
For players, coaches and chaperones to be covered by insurance they need to be added to the Event Roster.
In order to do this please:
- Log onto your USAU account.
- Click on your team manager tab.
- Select your team.
- Click on the Event Roster button that corresponds with SCYU Spring Practices
- Under Chaperone Roster click ADD/REMOVE CHAPERONE
- Highlight all team chaperones and MOVE SELECTED >> Then hit save
- Go to the bottom and hit SAVE ROSTER & DETAILS
- Under Player Roster click ADD/REMOVE PLAYER
- Highlight all players that will be attending and MOVE SELECTED >> Then hit save
- Go to the bottom and hit SAVE ROSTER & DETAILS
In order to be added and covered by insurance, players need to have a USA Ultimate account, current USA Ultimate waivers signed and a current membership – $20 Affiliate membership ok
All players participating must have a USAU membership. Clicking on the USA Ultimate logo to get your players started!
